About Us
Panorama Architects and Interior Designers Limited was founded in 2020 by Henry Zheng, who studied architecture at the University of Bath and University of Westminster. His experience working with renowned architectural practices on landmark projects provided a strong foundation for his firm’s success.
In the three short years since its inauguration, Panorama Architects has completed many successful projects within numerous different sectors, rapidly growing from a sole-practitioner into a five-person team taking on more each day. In 2023 the firm received even further recognition when they were granted a Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Charter Practice status, signifying the start of an exciting new chapter for Panorama Architects as they strive for top quality design for every project undertaken.

Architectural Design Services
Feasibility Studies
If you're considering buying a property but are unsure about its feasibility in terms of planning, finances, legal constraints, etc., we can assist you in developing your project brief and creating initial designs that can be evaluated by experts.
Planning Application
If you're planning to build a small residential extension (like a loft, rear extension or basement) or a new-build house, or if you want to convert an existing building into flats, we can assist you in preparing the necessary drawings and documents needed for a planning submission.
Tecinical Design
Once the planning application is approved, we will proceed with further development of the scheme, which will include the construction of walls, floors, roofs, and the implementation of drainage and ventilation strategies. These details are necessary for obtaining building regulation approval and valuation, either by a Quantity Surveyor or a bidding contractor.
Interior Design Services
Interior Styling
We can assist you in determining the overall look and feel that you wish to achieve. We will show you precedent images showcasing furniture, artwork, lighting, and other elements. Additionally, we will provide you with sample materials like fabric, leather, and tiles to aid in your decision-making process.
Interior Spatial Planning
We can improve the interior layout of a space based on an initial survey or architectural plan. This involves considering your specific spatial needs, such as the functions of each room, the number of people who will use the space, and their living habits.
Interior Technical Design
We are able to produce a complete package of construction documents which will include detailed plans, elevations, and sections. These documents will provide detailed information on furniture, wall, floor, and ceiling finishes, as well as joinery design, lighting, bathrooms, and kitchens. They are appropriate for both pricing and construction purposes.
Furniture, Fixture & Equipment Design and Procurement
Our design comes with a list of suggested furniture, fixtures, and equipment that meet our quality standards and design specifications. We also offer additional services to help you procure these items within your budget, as well as coordinate their delivery and installation to make sure they are installed accurately and on schedule.
Project Management
Design and Coordination
We are usually the lead designer and oversee most of the projects we work on, managing the design, financial and legal aspects from start to finish. This includes communicating with other consultants, local authorities, contractors, suppliers, and relaying necessary information and decisions to clients. Our goal is to ensure that the design information is delivered timely and up to the required standards for tendering and construction.
Tendering
At this stage, we can recommend a variety of contractors to bid for the project, occasionally with the involvement of a Quantity Surveyor. We can help you with price negotiation, finalizing the scope of works, value engineering if necessary, and ultimately selecting the right person/company to undertake your project.
Construction Design and Contract Administration
We offer assistance in drafting the contract between the client and contractor, as well as providing oversight throughout the entire construction period. As the main point of contact for both parties for most projects, we conduct regular on-site visits to ensure compliance with the design intents and specifications. During these visits, we take notes to monitor the quality of work and ensure materials meet acceptable standards.
